LEVEL ONE: AMITY WELLNESS FULL FAST CLEANSING PROGRAM

The Full fast or Level One cleansing program is the most potent of our detoxification programs. This level is best for those persons who have performed a pre-fast, whether at our center or at home. This program provides a daily cleansing shake, massage and Epsom salt bath with sauna, as well as our “Rise and Shine” cleansing herbs, probiotics and spirulina supplements and chlorophyll drinks. We also have morning and afternoon happenings to create a wonderful experience. If you elect to pre-fast, please review our detailed list to assist you.

LEVEL TWO: AMITY WELLNESS JUICE FAST CLEANSING PROGRAM

The Juice Fast or Level Two program is a milder detox program that provides guests with three juices per day, cleansing shakes and massages each day, and an Epson salt batch and sauna. This program also offer the “Rise and Shine” nutritional cleansing herbs, probiotics, chlorophyll drinks and spirulina supplements, Morning and evening events round out this program.

LEVEL THREE: AMITY WELLNESS RAW CLEANSING PROGRAM

Finally, we offer the Raw Cleanse or Level Three program, which is a gentle detox program. Guests will receive raw and living foods as well as nutrient rich juices, cleansing shakes, probiotics, and chlorophyll drinks. Guests will also be provided massages and Epsom salt baths and saunas and they may participate in morning and evening events. The Level Three Program is recommended for those individuals who wish to participate in the fitness option because the will need the extra energy provided by the raw and living foods. This program can also be used for before or after cleansing for Level One participants.
